Family is a compelling thing, filled with laughter, sadness and constantly changing issues. This set of photographs attempts to convey all of these emotions as well as one other, that of epilepsy. I showcase the difficulty of this condition and how one particular family deals with the regular seizures and attempts to maintain a sense of normality. This documentary of a family has been captured through the eyes of a family member rather than those of a photographer. It aims to show the difference in depth between what a typical photographer might do and how a daughter, sister and best friend views it, deep within her own family.
